The location wasn't too far from the city, which was convenient. the staff was friendly, especially towards our young child. the room was spacious and had a large bed, which was comfortable to sleep on.

The facilities were not as advertised and were disappointing. the A/C was only available in the room, not in the corridor.

This hotel has exclusive amenities that fulfilled our luxurious needs. the staff was helpful and the Thai-style buffet breakfast was great. the location was perfect, outside of the chaos. the warm pool with a shallow end and the sun terrace with sun loungers provided the ideal spot for relaxation. the room advantages such as the bath and shower and the balcony that opened up to the pool were impressive. the restaurant had delicious dinners and the bar/lounge area offered tasty poolside snacks.

We noticed only one minor issue. Although the hotel had an outdoor swimming pool, it was not very clean.

The location was convenient as 7 Eleven and a mini Big C were just in front of the hotel. The hotel provided transportation services, which helped me explore the city, and the hotel was close to the beach, just 10 minutes away. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the room was well maintained, and the hotel facilities were up to the mark.
